What is the Hotel Iroquois cancellation policy?

Your reservation deposit will be refunded, less a 5% processing fee, with notice of cancellation at least two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival. Reservations canceled within two weeks of their scheduled arrival are only refunded if we can resell the room.

Does Hotel Iroquois sell gift cards?

Yes, please call the hotel directly to purchase a gift card.

Does Hotel Iroquois allow pets?

No, however service animals are allowed with proper documentation.

Does Hotel Iroquois have bike parking?

Yes, we have bike racks for guest use beside the hotel. Bicycles are not allowed inside of the hotel.

Is smoking permitted in the hotel?

No, we are a non-smoking property.

Does Hotel Iroquois have an elevator?

No, we are a historic hotel without an elevator, but we do offer full porter service to transport luggage to and from your guestroom to the ferry docks.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, we serve a complimentary continental breakfast from 7:30am – 9:30am.

Check-out/in times?

Check out is at 11am and check in is at 4pm. We do offer luggage storage for early arrivals and late departures.
