Getting Here
Part of Mackinac Island’s undeniable charm is that it is directly accessible only by ferry or private or charter flight. Ferries to the island depart from Mackinaw City in Michigan’s lower peninsula and St. Ignace in the upper peninsula, docking either directly next to the hotel or within a block or two. Private and charter flights arrive at nearby Mackinac Island Airport. From there, enjoy a two-mile trip by horse-drawn taxi to the hotel.
